ETIB exists to amplify voices, expand access, spotlight talent, connect people with opportunity, and reshape how the world understands ability, leadership, and impact.
Our Mission
Our mission is to uplift blind and visually impaired people by creating platforms and experiences that inform, inspire, connect, and open doors. ETIB advances dignity, visibility, accessibility, equity, perseverance, and opportunity without defining people by limitation.
What ETIB Does
- Produces accessible media through ETIB Radio, the ETIB Experience podcast, the ETIB Blog, and digital storytelling.
- Highlights blind and visually impaired creators, artists, advocates, entrepreneurs, students, and leaders.
- Connects people with businesses, services, programs, and resources through the Community Connect Directory.
- Creates encouragement, education, advocacy, and community-centered experiences.
- Builds partnerships with organizations, businesses, schools, funders, media platforms, and community leaders.
Who We Serve
ETIB serves blind and visually impaired individuals, families, caregivers, creators, students, advocates, entrepreneurs, and resource seekers. We also work with donors, sponsors, schools, nonprofits, businesses, media organizations, accessibility partners, and allies committed to meaningful inclusion.
Leadership and Vision
ETIB was founded by Cazerny Bussey, a Brooklyn-born recording artist, author, entrepreneur, speaker, advocate, and father. His leadership connects lived experience with creativity, service, strategy, and a commitment to building lasting global impact.
Blindness is part of the ETIB story, but it is never presented as a reason for pity. ETIB focuses on vision, capability, purpose, resilience, leadership, and the power to keep moving forward.
